mcanigueral/evflex: Tools to coordinate EV sessions based on user profiles and optimization objectives

This package provides the necessary tools to coordinate or reschedule a set of EV sessions considering different user profiles and their corresponding optimization objectives, consisting on peak shaving (minimizing the imported energy peak) and grid balancing (minimizing the total imported energy). This package depends on Python optimization package CVXOPT to handle the quadratic optimizations.
