mdenwood/DrainData: Import and Analysis of Data from Medela Chest Drains
Imports data from Excel files produced by Medela Chest Drains, corrects for anomolous 'spikes' in cumulative readings, and provides a number of standard summarisation methods and graphs to visualise the data. To get started, see the 'DrainData' vignette: vignette('DrainData', package='DrainData') and/or the help file for the DrainData class (see ?DrainData ).
