megaquant/fars: FARS maps and summary functions
Functions to create graphical maps by state that show the location of motor vehicle fatalities in the year. Other summary functions are also provided. Uses data from the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS).
