Advanced plotting functionality for xts time series objects. This code was originally written as part of GSOC-2012 (mentored by Josh Ulrich and Jeff Ryan) but never merged into mainline xts. This code is being placed on Github as a standalone package for use in STAT421/621-S16 at Rice University.
