molly-williams/enso: El Nino Effects in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea
This package analyzes the relationship between ENSO and patterns of historical precipitation, temperature and natural disaster costs in Papua New Guinea. Using a series of regression models, functions within in this package can be used to estimate monthly averge rainfall and temperature in Port Moresby and natural disaster associated costs in Papua New Guinea as a function of ONI index score.
