mrc-ide/drep: Dengue reproduction number calculation
The package provides a set of functions to calculate the reproduction number (R0) of Dengue. The calculation uses the force of infection, the age structure of the population and the number of primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary dengue infections at endemic equilibrium.
