mtmorgan/mixpanel: Retrieve and parse AnVIL 'MixPanel' csv files

Use requires access to the MixPanel data. This access is not public, so the package is not useful to non-AnVIL team members.MixPanel csv files provide a monthly, facetted summary of AnVIL use.
