mytalbot/cms: Composite Measure Schemes for Severity Assessment in Animal Research
Tabular data from rat epilepsy studies are used to apply a composite measures scheme (via PCA) to identify the most prominent features. Further, variables can be selected to perform cluster analysis on a selected subset of variables (composite score) to assess the cluster distribution of severity in various experimental states and animal models.
