nyilin/SamplingDesignTools: Tools for Dealing with Complex Sampling Designs
Provides functions for working with various study designs in epidemiological research, specifically to draw (matched) case-control samples, to draw and analyse (more) extreme case-control samples, to compute Kaplan-Meier type weights for analysis and partial reuse of nested case-control (NCC) data, and to draw counter-matched NCC samples.
