nyiuab/NBZIMM: Negative Binomial and Zero-Inflated Mixed Models
Functions for setting up and fitting negative binomial mixed models, and zero-inflated negative binomial and Gaussian mixed models. These functions can be used to analyze general count data but also large-scale count data with multilevel structures.
