pmcelhany/metacsv: Read and Write CSV Files With Metadata

This package provides functions to read and write csv data files that have metadata embedded at the top of the data file or in a seperate, associated csv file that includes the metadata. A number of standard formats for metadata fields are available, but the package is fexible to allow for user defined formats. All metadata is in human readable and editable csv format.
