popgenvienna/acer: Adapted Chi-squared and Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel tests to Evolve and Resequence
Given a matrix containing allele frequency data the function adapted.chisq.test computes a Chi-squared test to detect the presence of selection. The function adapted.cmh.test computes a Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel for the same purpose in case of stratified data (i.e. replicate populations).
