profyliu/gepR: Composite linear-nonlinear regression using GEP
This is an experimental data mining tool. It uses the Gene Expression Programming (GEP) technique to find functional relationships between the output variable and input variables. The computing code is implemented in C with parallel support enabled by OpenMP.
