rcfgroup/clinconcept: Tools for Loading and Querying Clinical Concept Dictionaries
Tools to work with clinical concept dictionaries. Helping researchers build local or remote databases using UK National Health Service (NHS) based concept dictionary downloads and then query terms/concepts directly or through hierarchical/graph-based relationships. Supported by this tool are NHS-based downloads of READ versions 2 and 3, SNOMED-CT and ICD10.
