retostauffer/Rmosmix: Package for Downloading Public DWD MOSMIX Weather Forecasts

Downloading DWD MOSMIX forecasts publicly available on https://opendata.dwd.de. The forecasts are available as XML files, this package downloads and parses the XML files to create a set of forecast time series objects or data.frames for a set of user-defined stations. Package has been written in less than one day and has to be seen as a working package or beta release. However, if interested feel free to contribute, use, reuse and improve the package :).
