rmoffitt/aged: Automatic Gene Expression Deconvolution Using NMF
Using non-negative matrix factorization and gene set enrichment analysis, AGED will perform gene expression deconvolution on a matrix-like object of gene expression. The AGED package also has specific visualization tools to help make sense of results.
