rturn/parseTweetFiles: Parse Tweet Files

All code necessary to convert tweet files downloaded by the StreamR package to a usable format. Can tag tweets with zip codes, filter variables, filter by time zone, remove all strange symbols from tweets, and convert them into a character array. Can also fit topic models to a set of timestamped Tweets.
