Takes XLS file generated by WinLTP program, Sweep number at which DHPG was applied and rig recorded on as inputs takes data from 20 minutes before stim to 70 minutes after stim, makes minute average from 2 points, calculates % base from 20 minutes baseline, and performs quality check as defined below 1. First 10 mins vs Second 10 mins: takes average slope of first 10 minutes and the last 10 mintues during base line. Threshold < 10% difference 2. Baseline slope: Calculates the slope of the baseline 3. Recording stability: highlights regions where the measurment varies > 10% within 2 minutes
