sakrejda/stannis: Handles output from Stan (mc-stan.org)
Work with CmdStan from R, using standard R tools. Run models specified in .yaml files, store output in standard hierarchy, post-process output to create data frame or arrays, merge chains, pick out specific parameters from larger model outputs. Planned: faster .csv reader, run diagnostics directly.
