scottriding/y2pareto: Convenience functions to make the 80% of data preparation faster

Convenience functions for converting and recoding data into the right formats to execute analysis and visualization at Y2 Analytics. These functions fall into two categories: 1) conversion functions, generally used to convert data from an SPSS labelled format into something more useful to us, and 2) recoding functions, generally used to combined a given column into a new categorization schema.
