simisc/premiumPlots: Plot PReMiuM results and diagnostics

Utility functions to plot the results of models fitted using the PReMiuM package, and to compare across MCMC chains from multiple PReMiuM models. Currently only supports models with a categorical outcome and discrete covariates.
