sp2019-antibiotics/emGauss: Estimation of ECOFF Value by Mixing Gaussians

Functions to get the ECOFF value of an EUCAST dataset. The distribution of the data is approximated by a mixture of Gaussians. The parameters of the mixture distribution are estimated with an EM algorithm.
