sp2019-antibiotics/semiparclust: ECOFF Using Semi-Parametric Clustering
Computes the Epidemiological Cutoff (ECOFF) value of pairs of antibiotics and bacteria based on the algorithm described in Scrucca (2016) <doi:10.1016/j.csda.2015.01.006>. This value breaks the bacteria into resistant versus sensitive groups for each antibiotic. In addition the package includes a data set 'ZD' (inhibition zone diameters) which is used for the calculation of the ECOFF value.
