ssp3nc3r/ggSankeyGrad: A ggplot-based Sankey Graphic with Gradient Flows
ggSankeyGrad builds a ggplot object for visualizing sankey graphics, in which each flow is represented as a color gradient. The user specifies beginning and ending categories and corresponding colors for each category. The ggplot object returned encodes the transition between categories as color-gradient transitions.
