thlytras/bayEStim: Estimate epidemic effective reproduction number in a Bayesian framework
Estimate the effective reproduction number of an epidemic using the method of Cori et al. <doi:10.1093/aje/kwt133>, but in a Bayesian MCMC framework that allows for imputing missing symptom onset dates, extrapolating infection times and adjusting for cases not yet ascertained ("nowcasting").
