ulf85/Workouts: Functions To Analyse My Workouts

Provides a collection of R functions for analyzing and visualizing workout data, including running, walking, cycling, and indoor cycling activities. The package supports importing data from .fit files (exported from the Wahoo app), converting them to CSV using GPSBabel, and generating summaries and plots for further analysis. Documentation and code comments are primarily in German. Designed for personal use, but can be adapted for similar workout data analysis workflows.
