utah-dwq/tmdlTools: Analyze parameter data for TMDL development
tmdlTools was created for the upcoming E.coli TMDLs in the State of Utah. It takes concentration and flow data on a site/date level and calculates parameter loading by day, month, and rec season. From these data, it produces a number of plots and includes a Shiny app for data visualization.
