vrunge/WrightFisherSelection: Simulations for Wright-Fisher Model With Selection
This package contains simulation functions for WF model with selection. We focus on the study of the fixation time and compare theoretical results involving exponential integral functions with simulated ones. We distinguished between fixation time to O, to 1 and both.
