vulpes-vulpes/batr: Tools for Using Bat Acoustic Monitoring Data in R

A collection of tools to import and analyse data from WAV files generated by bat acoustic monitoring. This package depends on comprehensive GUANO metadata being present in the original WAV files. batr can create summary data and basic plots, and creates data frames for further analyses.
