wsteenbeek/NearRepeat: Near Repeat Calculation using the Knox Test (Monte Carlo permutation)

If a location is the target of a crime, then locations within a relatively short distance are more likely to be targets of crime for a short period of time. This package uses the Knox test for space-time clustering to quantify the spatio-temporal association between crime events, using simple inputs of coordinates and date.
