xavier-gutierrez/validation_figures: Restructures Rgcam Project Files and Plots Validation Figures

The objects and figures generated by this package are used for JGCRI's GCAM Model Development verification. The user provides an rgcam project file with the scenarios they wish to generate figures for, as well as a list of transformation functions defined for each query, which are applied over each scenario during the project data restructuring. Methods are provided for generating aggregate lineplots as well as stacked bar charts. The lineplots compare two development branches across SSP and forcing target (for a given region). The stacked barcharts compare two development branches across SSP (for a given forcing target and region).
