xuzhougeng/pancor: Calculation and Plot of Gene Correlationship in TCGA/GTEx/CCLE
The data of TCGA (The Cancer Genome Atlas), GTEx (Genotype-Tissue Expression), and CCLE (Broad Institute Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia) are downloaded and preprocessed.
