ystnkn/DDIR: Importing and Exporting DDI metadata with csv data to/from R environment

DDI(Data Documentation Initiative, https://www.ddialliance.org/) is an international standard for describing the data produced by surveys and other observational methods in the social, behavioral, economic, and health sciences. Functions in this package enable to retrieve metadata information from a DDI metadata xml file, to make a dataframe object from CSV raw data file and retrieved metadata. A funciton to export a DDI metadata xml file is also implemented. From this version, this package depends on tidyverse packages.
