yunxileo/npar: Nonparametric group comparisons
This package assesses group differences using nonparametric statistics. Currently a one-way layout is supported. Kruskal-Wallis tests followed by pairwise Wilcoxon tests are provided. p-values are adjusted for multiple comparisons using the p.adjust() function. Results are plotted via annotated boxplots.
