This package contains benchmarking analysis methods of seven Pathway Activity Score (PAS) tools (Pagoda2, AUCell, Vision, GSVA, ssGSEA, PLAGE and z-score). It provide filtering and normalizing before PAS calculation. It also provide clustering and visualization after PAS calcualtion
