Provides functions for estimating the mean cumulative count curve, using the method of Ghosh and Lin (2000) <doi:10.1111/j.0006-341X.2000.00554.x>, and for comparing two treatment arms with respect to the difference and ratio in areas under the mean cumulative count curve.
