  use_hrbr_theme = TRUE
)

Arguments

`data`	a data frame
`date_start`	if not NULL date starting
`date_end`	if not NULL date ending
`transformations`	`smooth` – smoothed line `mean` – mean `median`
`include_recessions`	if `TRUE` includes recession bars
`x_breaks`	number of x breks
`plot_labels`	if `TRUE` plots labels
`use_hrbr_theme`	if `TRUE` returns hrbr theme
