rpkgstats: R package usage statistics

Usage statistics about a package can help its developers, and ultimately its users, in many ways. However, such information is rarely available. This package is developed to better collect and utilize package usage statistics. The package allow users to share download information, rate, comment, and ask questions on a package within R directly. The packages sends the information to the package developer directly and also allows other users to respond to it through email.
