Instructions for Survival analysis module

To use Survival analysis module, you can upload a Survival matrix file in .csv/txt format. Before uploading the file, choose the correct separator, wheather the matrix file is seperated by a , choose comma, by a ; choose semicolon, or by tabs choose tab. Header names (first row) will be used as set names.

List type data:

List data is a correctly formatted csv/text file. Each column represents a set, and each row represents an element (Sample /Event/ Time.days).First column represent sample name,Event repression living state,Time.days repression survive days;

To run survival evaluation, you need provide a csv formatted table, with at least two columns:
