mean and variance tolerance
Description
mean and variance tolerance
Arguments
meanTol, varTol
Tolerance for mean and variance of each data location.
Locations which do not meet these thresholds are masked out of the analysis.
Default: 1e-6 for both. Note that locations with a median not meeting
meanTol will also be masked out of the analysis (even if the mean is
above it).
