BioMonTools: Biomonitoring and Bioassessment Calculations
An aid for manipulating data associated with biomonitoring and bioassessment. Calculations include metric calculation, marking of excluded taxa, subsampling, and multimetric index calculation. Targeted communities are benthic macroinvertebrates, fish, periphyton, and coral.
