Load 'SPSS' data from different International Large-Scale Assessments (ILSA), including: 'TIMSS', 'TIMSS Advanced', 'PIRLS', 'ICCS', 'ICILS', 'CIVED', 'REDS', 'RLII', and 'SITES' (2006) into a list.
