Automated tests
The testthat suite is a compact automated version of the exploratory checks in:
tests_continuous.Rmdtests_disc.Rmdtest_hybrid.Rmdtests.run.studies.Rmd
The original notebooks are retained under inst/legacy-tests/.
The automated suite is organized by complete user workflows rather than by the
Cartesian product of all function arguments. Each test file exercises a small
number of representative simple-null, composite-null, power, custom-statistic,
hybrid, or benchmarking calls and checks their output contracts.
