`INPUT`	Input data
`Probability`	Probability values between zero and one
`cutoffs`	probability cutoffs(c(0.80,0.60,0.40,0.20,0)/c(0.5,0))
`Outcome`	outcome variable(target variable)
`Event`	outcome representation ("YES"/"Y"/"1")
