• New argument centeredVcov in estimate.functional() to control demeaning of moment functions in covariance estimation; the default is now non-centered (centeredVcov = FALSE).
• Refer to the arXiv e-print via its DOI in the Description field.
• Fixed Rd markup in ?estimate.functional (use \eqn{} for math).
• Moved car and lubridate from Imports to Suggests (used only in vignettes).
