Description

Dataset that contain table with gene expression data obtained for 20 genes and 64 samples using qPCR experiments with TaqMan assays. Samples are divided into two groups: AAA (40 samples from patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm) and Control (24 samples from healthy volunteers).
