Two-phase sample of shorebird nests. These are artificial data constructed from summary statistics given in Bart and Earnst (2002).

This data frame contains the following columns:

plot:

plot number

rapid:

rapid-method count of number of birds in plot

intense:

intensive-method count of number of nests in plot

= NA if the plot is not in the phase II sample
