In StanMoMo: Bayesian Mortality Modelling with 'Stan'
StanMoMo 1.2.0
Since the package ggfan is scheduled for archival, all dependencies to the ggfan package were removed and in particular, the forecast_plot function to generate fan plots was removed.

The following updates have been made to ensure compatibility with the latest rstan version:
- New array syntax
offset is a reserved keyword, changed to input_offsetfabs replaced by abs
