| shifted_lnorm | R Documentation |
Density, distribution function, quantile function and random generation of the
shifted lognormal distribution. The random variable is shift + Y with
\log(Y) \sim N(meanlog, sdlog^2). The parameter names and the order
(meanlog, sdlog, shift) follow the functions of the same
name in package brms, so that existing parameter vectors keep working.
dshifted_lnorm(x, meanlog = 0, sdlog = 1, shift = 0, log = FALSE)
pshifted_lnorm(
q,
meanlog = 0,
sdlog = 1,
shift = 0,
lower.tail = TRUE,
log.p = FALSE
)
qshifted_lnorm(
p,
meanlog = 0,
sdlog = 1,
shift = 0,
lower.tail = TRUE,
log.p = FALSE
)
rshifted_lnorm(n, meanlog = 0, sdlog = 1, shift = 0)
x, q |
Vector of quantiles. |
meanlog |
Mean of the underlying normal distribution on the log scale. |
sdlog |
Standard deviation of the underlying normal distribution on the log scale. |
shift |
Lower bound of the distribution. |
p |
Vector of probabilities. |
n |
Number of random values. |
dshifted_lnorm gives the density, pshifted_lnorm the
distribution function, qshifted_lnorm the quantile function and
rshifted_lnorm generates random values.
