Run all diagnostic checks on balancing weights

Description

Convenience wrapper that runs ESS, extreme weight, and positivity checks. Called automatically by balancing.weights() and causal.estimate().

Usage

fn.run_diagnostics(wt.v, percentESS, data, parm = NULL)

Arguments

wt.v	Vector of normalized weights
percentESS	Percentage effective sample size
data	Structured data list
parm	Parameter list with propensity scores (optional)

Value

Invisibly returns named logical vector of which warnings were issued
